Shipping Info

To ensure everything we make is unique to you, everything (unless stated otherwise) is made to order. Shipping will occur 1-4 weeks after the order has been placed; if there's ever any delays or issues with your order, we'll reach out to you to notify you. Every item in our shop may have different processing times; this is just due to working with a wide range of materials; the process of making each plug is different, and such has different drying times. For instance, our ammonite plugs take less time to make than our polymer clay plugs, which require us to sculpt the polymer clay into the plugs. 

Shipping to the UK

We ship using Royal Mail and typically ship first class signed for; orders will take 1-7 days to arrive after shipment. Anything longer than this, please contact us at ApertureArts@hotmail.com or reach out to us at our Instagram @ApertureArts.

Shipping outside the UK

We ship using the Royal Mail, and to keep costs down for you, we opt by default to ship without tracking, but tracking is available at checkout as an optional extra. We'll send any associated tracking numbers and shipping info at the point of dispatch. 

Europe: 1-3 weeks 

America 1-5 weeks

Australia 1-5 weeks
