This rabbit has been an absolute labour of love, this unfortunate little bunny starts as just two sheets of silver. Each layer is hand sawn (even the ribcage!) and soldered into place, curving the ribcage to allow it to protrude from the flat layers of the rabbit. The bail is applied at the back to give it that free floating effect and we then clean and polish it, before oxidising it to give the empty space in that ribcage a deep black look before finally applying a frosted finish.

Each one of these is handmade to order from start to finish, made from 925 sterling silver, this piece is made to order and will come hallmarked with a chain of your choice. Tracking will be provided at dispatch.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do they take so long to ship

We handmake all our items to order, this allows us to specifically make your plugs just for you. Different plugs have different dispatch times depending on the work needing done on them. For instance making the circuit plugs is faster than making the owl heads as the owl heads need carved out of polymer clay and painted when dry. Some designs may need more layers of resin which take longer drying.

Single or Double flare?

Double flare has a tunnel with two flares at either end, you ear will sit in between these two flares. These are suitable for healed ears so if you’ve been at your size for a while they may be suitable for you. But due to the small flares they need the ear to stretch slightly to get them in your ear. Single flare is for healing/ if you’re unsure. Some people find these more comfortable in general, they are a tunnel with a flare on one end and flat at the back, the plug is held in using a rubber O ring at the back. They don’t require the ear to stretch, so they can be a good choice if you’re unsure.
